A printable is a digital file that you download and print out (for your own personal use).
Instant digital downloads (like organising printables) are available immediately after purchase, so they are quick and easy to start using straight away.
Personalised printables like birthday invitations, will have the custom details added and then be emailed to you within 1 working day (NZ time).
Your printable will be either “Fill-in” style or “Editable”. Please read through the product details to clarify which it currently is.
Fill-in style: This simply means you print the file on your printer and handwrite (fill-in) the details, planning etc.
Editable: With an editable file you can open it in Adobe Reader (free software available here) and type directly into the highlighted fields and then save and print out the file. This is useful for repetitive checklists, you’ll use over and over again.
With personalised invitation printables, you have the option between a PDF or JPG file format.
PDF: If you are planning to print the file yourself or at a print shop, then select a PDF. This file will come with (usually) 2 invitations etc on an A4 or US Letter page. Simply print the file out and trim with scissors or a paper trimmer.
JPG: If you wish to print the file as a photo at a photo kiosk, choose JPG. Select your photo size: 6x4" or 5x7" when ordering. Simply put the file on a USB Drive and get it printed as a photo.
Each month I create some free printables some of which are available on the blog, with others only available for subscribers of my Free Printable Library. For exclusive access to the Free Printable Library click here.
By purchasing (or downloading free) a printable file, you agree to our Usage Agreement. This outlines all the terms of what you can and cannot do with your printable.
